Wuxn Classic Filament

Wuxn Classic Filament is designed with a proprietary blend of polymer chains, leading to a decrease in molecular weight that bolsters the melt flow index (MFI). I NEVER GOT MY PRITNER

They scammed me with $670, I paid for printer & parts. I never got a printer!!! What a shame! REFUND NOW! DON'T BUY.

No support

No phone number. Support emails are kicked back. Going out of business I assume.

Great printer, great service

Bought this printer last black friday and have really liked it.great quality prints and decent speed. Have even done ABS on it without much issue considering it's open. When I have had need for help, the guys at Wuxn have always been responsive and helpful and shipped out replacement parts quickly. Only needed one or 2 parts to get replaced. I honestly get much better prints out of this than my prusa mini. Love that is is american made at a decent enough price.
I've used it to start a 3d printing business this year and it has easily paid for itself many times already.
Would, however, love to get some more company updates on their website. But I can't wait to see what they have cooking up next.
Also if you do have one, check out gigaloaders firmware. It makes the WXR even better!

Dissapointment

I don't know if WUXN is offering Black Friday Sales or not. I asked them. They do not answer support emails anymore. I bought from them last year on Black Friday. I cannot recommend them anymore. They have not done any upgrades, debugging to code, and do not answer support questions anymore. Shop elsewhere. I should have.

WUXN Has Lost Me as a Supporter and Happy Customer.

One year ago in October 2023 I was excited about these guys. I didn't buy the Prusa 3D printer that I wanted so that I could buy American from some fellow veterans. It worked OK for a while. As 2024 has progressed, they stopped answering emails. There have been no software updates. There are always bugs to work on, but not happened. I have this week emailed them support requests. Not answers. They do not answer emails or give support. Do what I should have done, and buy from Prusa or Bambu. I wanted these guys to make it because they are American. They have let us down with their support. They are not answering my emails. Do not trust sending them your money and expect to receive what you order.
