GammaMaster® Nozzle is a technologic evolution in nozzle design, developed using the latest metallurgy and surface preparation technologies. GammaMaster is the first RepRap nozzle optimized for abrasive filament printing that maintains impressive thermal conductivity. Created and manufactured in the USA by Slice Engineering.
Product Features
Crafted from a specific hardened alloy, the GammaMaster provides 2.7x higher thermal conduction than hardened steel nozzles, allowing you to print with abrasive filaments without increasing nozzle temperature. Also, the new Low Gamma™ coating on the nozzle reduces surface energy and reduces the accumulation of plastic, resulting in fewer failed prints and a better printing experience. With a surface energy of <30 dynes/cm, GammaMaster's surface is rated for high-temperature printing with a vast range of materials.
