GammaMaster® Nozzle is a technologic evolution in nozzle design, developed using the latest metallurgy and surface preparation technologies. Prior to this, you had to endure poor thermal conductivity when printing with abrasive filaments -- but no longer. GammaMaster is the first RepRap nozzle optimized for abrasive filament printing that maintains impressive thermal conductivity. Created and manufactured in the USA by Slice Engineering.
Crafted from a specific hardened alloy, the GammaMaster provides 2.7x higher thermal conduction than hardened steel nozzles, allowing you to print with abrasive filaments without increasing nozzle temperature. Also, the new Low Gamma™ coating on the nozzle reduces surface energy and reduces the accumulation of plastic, resulting in fewer failed prints and a better printing experience. With a surface energy of <30 dynes/cm, GammaMaster's surface is rated for high-temperature printing with a vast range of materials.
